My client, a well respected local authority, is recruiting for HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join their team in Little Canfield, Dunmow.
As an HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver, you will play a key role in supporting local services by carrying out waste and recycling collections safely and efficiently. Drivers may also be required to assist with loading, so a flexible and team focused approach is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving a HGV Class 2 Dustcart across local collection routes
- Ensuring all waste and recycling collections are completed safely and on schedule
- Assisting with loading duties when required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Previous dustcart driving experience is desirable
- A valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good knowledge of Uttlesford District Council surrounding area and routes is an advantage
