About the Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Workshop Fitter to join a busy team. This is a hands on role working on a range of vehicles, with previous experience working on Class B vehicles and LGVs highly desirable.
The role offers flexible working hours between 06:00 and 18:00, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.
What You’ll Do
Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of vehicles
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults
Work on Class B vehicles and LGVs
Carry out routine vehicle inspections
Ensure vehicles are maintained to a safe and roadworthy standard
Complete general workshop and maintenance duties
Follow all relevant health and safety and workshop procedures
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Workshop Fitter, Vehicle Mechanic or in a similar role
Experience working on Class B vehicles and LGVs
Good mechanical knowledge and practical skills
A full UK driving licence would be an advantage
Able to work independently and as part of a team
