About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established metalworks company based in Baldock. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous powder coating or industrial paint spraying experience looking for a stable, long-term role with regular hours and overtime available.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare metal products for powder coating
- Apply powder coatings to a high standard
- Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Support general workshop and production duties when required
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous powder coating experience is essential
