Trainee VDA Administrator – Guildford Our client in Guildford is looking for a Trainee Vehicle Damage Assessor (VDA) Administrator to join their busy automotive repair centre. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service experience and a passion for cars. Full training will be provided – ideal for those looking to start a career in the motor industry. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers, providing updates on vehicle repairs * Support the VDA team with admin tasks including job cards, estimates, and data entry * Communicate with insurers, suppliers, and technicians * Help manage repair bookings and maintain accurate records * Learn how to assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates Requirements: * Customer service or admin experience (essential) * Strong interest in the motor trade * Excellent communication and organisational skills Hours: Mon–Fri, 07:00–17:00 | 1 in 3 Saturdays, 07:00–12:00 Salary: Up to £28,500, depending on experience.
