Our client is looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their dynamic team at a leading plumbing company in Nazeing. Position: Scheduling Administrator * Location: Nazeing * Pay Rate: Β£12.50 per hour (Weekly pay) * Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am β 5:00 pm (with one Saturday required every 6 weeks, paid at time and a half) Key Responsibilities: As a Scheduling Administrator, you will: * Coordinate the scheduling of engineers and plumbers to ensure timely job completion. * Validate data and verify the accuracy of completed works. * Ensure the correct routing of jobs. * Input and update data using Microsoft Excel. * Perform general administrative tasks to support the team. * Work closely within a strong team environment. * Assigning Jobs to plumbers and providing quotations to customers. Requirements: * Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel. * Impeccable attention to detail. * Strong communication and multitasking abilities. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. * A quick learner with problem-solving skills. * Experience in general admin is essential, and knowledge of compliance or fleet management would be an advantage. * Intermediate Excel skills.
