Recruitment Apprentice Bishop’s Stortford | Office-Based | Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm £15,750 per annum (Apprenticeship Salary) Are you ready to start your career in recruitment with a team that values growth, development, and real-world experience? We’re a fast-paced staffing agency based in Bishop’s Stortford, and we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our expanding team. What you’ll be doing: * Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening * Managing job adverts and responding to applications * Conducting initial candidate outreach via phone, email and text * Assisting with interview coordination and compliance checks * Helping with shift planning and booking temporary staff * Supporting day-to-day client management and account coordination * Contributing to business development activities, including lead generation and market research * Using our systems to update candidate and client records accurately What we’re looking for: * A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people * Strong communication and organisational skills * A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn * Good attention to detail and ability to multitask * Confidence to engage with clients and build relationships * GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) preferred What you’ll gain: * A structured apprenticeship programme with on-the-job training * Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (CertRP) – a recognised industry qualification * Support from a knowledgeable and friendly team * Real career progression opportunities within a growing business * A full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, offering hands-on experience in the recruitment industry alongside seasoned professionals.
