We’re a fast-paced staffing agency based in Bishop’s Stortford, and we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in a supportive and experienced environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening
- Managing job adverts and responding to applications
- Conducting initial candidate outreach via phone, email and text
- Assisting with interview coordination and compliance checks
- Helping with shift planning and booking temporary staff
- Supporting day-to-day client management and account coordination
- Contributing to business development activities, including lead generation and market research
- Using our systems to update candidate and client records accurately
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confidence to engage with clients and build relationships
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) preferred
