Bishop’s Stortford | Office-Based | Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

£15,750 per annum (Apprenticeship Salary)

We’re a fast-paced staffing agency based in Bishop’s Stortford, and we’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Apprentice to join our expanding team. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the recruitment team with candidate sourcing and screening
  • Managing job adverts and responding to applications
  • Conducting initial candidate outreach via phone, email and text
  • Assisting with interview coordination and compliance checks
  • Helping with shift planning and booking temporary staff
  • Supporting day-to-day client management and account coordination
  • Contributing to business development activities, including lead generation and market research
  • Using our systems to update candidate and client records accurately

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in recruitment and working with people
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confidence to engage with clients and build relationships
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) preferred
