About the Role

We are recruiting a Machine Operative on behalf of our client, a well established print company based in Letchworth. This is a temp to perm, full time role offering consistent night shift hours and the opportunity to work in a busy production environment where reliability and attention to detail are essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up and monitor multiple machines during production
  • Oversee four machines at once, working closely with one other team member
  • Ensure automated machines continue running smoothly after setup
  • Actively run and manage the remaining machines alongside your colleague

  • Maintain quality standards and report any faults or inconsistencies
