Despite being a relatively young company, we’ve quickly built a strong reputation and are now expanding our industrial division. We are looking for driven consultants to join our vibrant and ambitious team. What You’ll Be Doing: As an Industrial Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take on a 360-recruitment role, managing the entire recruitment cycle and focusing on a dedicated area: * Business Development: Proactively identify and engage with new clients to generate business opportunities. * Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring we meet their staffing needs. * Candidate Attraction: Source, screen, and match candidates to appropriate roles using various channels. * Booking Management: Oversee bookings for temporary and permanent placements, ensuring smooth operations. * Team Support: During peak times, you’ll receive additional resourcing support to keep your desk running smoothly. Location Focus We are currently looking for consultants to focus on growing and managing desks in the RM postcode areas. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint and client base in this high-demand region.
