About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager to lead an established Electrical Wholesale branch in Brighton. This is a hands-on role managing the day-to-day running of the business, including staff, pricing, purchasing, sales and branch performance. You will lead a team of 5 and oversee warehouse and delivery operations. Electrical Wholesale experience is essential for this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the branch
  • Lead and develop a team of 5 staff
  • Take responsibility for pricing, purchasing and stock control
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Drive sales growth and branch performance

  • Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Trade Counter Manager, Depot Manager or similar within Electrical Wholesale
  • Strong understanding of electrical products and the wholesale market
  • Experience managing staff and branch operations
  • Commercially minded with experience in pricing and purchasing
