About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a hands-on Fitter Installer to join a busy and growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone practical, reliable and looking to build a long-term career in signage, graphics installation and large format print. You will be working on a wide range of projects across retail, events, commercial spaces and branded environments. The role is varied, fast paced and hands-on, with exposure to different sites, materials and installation work. This role would suit someone with experience as a Signage Fitter, Installer, Graphic Installer, Vinyl Installer, Shopfitter, Exhibition Installer, or someone from a practical trade such as construction, joinery or display work who enjoys site-based work.

What you’ll do

  • Install a wide range of signage and graphics including vinyl, acrylic and large format displays
  • Fit window graphics, wall wraps, floor graphics, banners and bespoke installations
  • Support senior installers on site and in the workshop
  • Prepare surfaces, tools and materials ready for installation work
  • Load, transport and unload materials for site jobs
  • Follow briefs, drawings and layouts to deliver accurate, high quality finishes
  • Work safely, efficiently and as part of a close-knit installation team
