Job Title: Fitter Location: Hertford Job Type: Temp to Perm Salary: £27,000 – £28,000 per year About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on and enthusiastic Fitter to join our client's dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for practical, creative work in a fast-paced environment. Fitter Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the installation of a variety of signage and graphics including: * Vinyl graphics * Acrylic signage * Hanging banners * Window and floor graphics * Stretch wall graphics * Bespoke event graphics * Support senior installers on-site and in the production facility * Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and surfaces for installation * Load, transport, and unload signage materials as required * Follow job briefs, design layouts, and ensure high-quality finishes * Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean work environment Fittere Requirements: * Some experience or strong interest in signage installation, graphic application, or a related trade * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality * Flexible with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend work when required * Competent with a range of hand and power tools * Comfortable working at height (e.g., step ladders, scaffold towers) * Good physical fitness and manual dexterity * Positive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced team members * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Clean driving license preferred Desirable (not essential): * Basic knowledge of signage materials and graphic production processes * CSCS, IPAF, or PASMA certifications What Is On Offer: * On-the-job training and development * Opportunities to progress within a growing company * A supportive team environment * Varied work on exciting projects * Overtime opportunities Apply with your CV for more information
