Change Project Manager £48,000 + up to £16,000 bonus | Hybrid | Client Sites + Occasional East London Office Are you a calm, emotionally intelligent Project Manager who thrives in change and transformation environments? We’re recruiting on behalf of a specialist project management consultancy that delivers high-impact change programmes across diverse industries. They’re growing and looking for a skilled Change Project Manager to join their team and lead client projects with confidence, clarity and compassion. The Role You’ll be responsible for delivering client projects end to end – from scoping and planning through to implementation and change embedding. This role is ideal for someone who can balance structured project delivery with strong people and stakeholder management skills. You’ll work on a variety of client assignments, potentially across sectors such as healthcare, pharma, care, clinical settings, industrial and energy. Experience in regulated or complex environments will be an advantage. Projects often involve systems or IT transformation, so a background in IT change delivery would also be beneficial. The role is largely remote, but will involve working onsite with clients as needed. This may include travel or occasional overnight stays depending on the project. There will also be occasional visits to the East London office for team meetings or collaboration.
