Call Centre Administrator – Hertford | £26,000 + Review After 6 Months We are seeking a confident Call Centre Administrator to join a friendly, family-run business based in Hertford. This company provides nationwide plumbing, heating and drainage engineer call-out services, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting customers from the first phone call through to job completion. If you have experience as a Call Centre Administrator, Call Handler, Customer Service Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or Contact Centre Agent, we would love to hear from you. The Role As a Call Centre Administrator, you will handle inbound customer calls, understand the issue, and arrange an engineer to attend. You will manage the customer journey end-to-end, following clear processes and delivering an excellent service every time. Key responsibilities include: * Taking inbound calls and identifying customer requirements * Scheduling and allocating engineers to jobs * Preparing and sending quotes and final invoices * Taking payments over the phone * Providing clear communication and customer updates throughout * Working to procedures to ensure smooth service delivery You will work 5 shifts per week, including one weekend day. Shifts are 9 hours and start between 8am – 11am, and optional overtime is available.
