Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, amend, and format corporate legal documentation and transactional materials
  • Assist with corporate transactions, closings, and related administrative processes
  • Draft correspondence, engagement letters, board resolutions, and legal documents
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange appointments and travel
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and transaction structure charts using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Produce spreadsheets, financial schedules, and data reports using Excel
  • Maintain document management systems and filing processes
  • Liaise professionally with clients, regulatory authorities, service providers, and internal teams
  • Support business development initiatives, client pitches, and fee proposals
  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior lawyers and partners
Requirements
  • Five plus years of experience as a Corporate Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a corporate or transactional legal environment
