Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, amend, and format corporate legal documentation and transactional materials
- Assist with corporate transactions, closings, and related administrative processes
- Draft correspondence, engagement letters, board resolutions, and legal documents
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange appointments and travel
- Prepare presentations, reports, and transaction structure charts using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Produce spreadsheets, financial schedules, and data reports using Excel
- Maintain document management systems and filing processes
- Liaise professionally with clients, regulatory authorities, service providers, and internal teams
- Support business development initiatives, client pitches, and fee proposals
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior lawyers and partners
Requirements
- Five plus years of experience as a Corporate Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant within a corporate or transactional legal environment
- Strong understanding of corporate legal documentation and offshore transactional processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Professional communication skills and a client-service-oriented approach
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
