On behalf of our client, a leading specialist off-shore litigation firm, Personnel 2000 are recruiting for a Litigation Associate to join a growing and dynamic team in their Cayman Islands Office.

Provide high-quality legal input across all client work, including research, drafting court documents, and reviewing documentation. Handle contentious matters in areas such as insolvency, restructuring, commercial disputes, fraud, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement, trust disputes, and alternative dispute resolution. Adhere to firm policies and procedures, particularly in risk management and compliance. Manage and participate in additional projects as assigned by partners.

Requirements:

  • Legal qualification from Cayman Islands, UK, or another Common Law jurisdiction.
  • Relevant litigation experience in areas such as insolvency, restructuring, or commercial disputes.
  • Strong drafting, research, and written/verbal English skills.
  • Proficient in using research platforms, document management systems, and Data Rooms.
  • Knowledge of time recording and billing disciplines.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading off-shore law firm that values staff with initiative and drive. This excellent role comes with a salary of US$150,000 - US$200,000 per annum plus bonus (tax free).
