- Template & Component Experience Ownership: You own the experience‑level design and performance of core page templates and reusable components (e.g. page layouts, CTAs, demo modules, trust signals, navigation and assistive elements), continuously optimising structure, hierarchy, and conversion behaviour based on data, experimentation, and user insight.

- Connected Experiences & Discoverability: You ensure strong handoffs from search, AI‑driven discovery, LLM responses, on‑site navigation and referrals into high‑performing journeys.
- Measurement & Influence: You define success metrics, review performance, and take accountability for communicating impact.
- Experience: 4+ years in digital experience, CRO, growth, or performance‑focused web roles (ideally B2B SaaS) with a track record of driving conversion and business impact.
- Journey, UX & Behavioural Insight: You bring strong UX and behavioural understanding, applying it pragmatically to remove friction and improve conversion across complex journeys.
- Experimentation & Optimisation: You have hands‑on experience running or influencing experimentation programmes and can demonstrate how learning translates into sustained performance growth.
