We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager (f/m/x), to support our growth journey as one of the leading SaaS scaleups in Europe. You'll work directly with our teams and gain practical, hands‑on experience in an environment that is both very challenging and extremely fun – ideal for those eager to learn, develop, and take every opportunity for growth.

As part of the Global Programs team, you’ll partner closely with Sales VPs, Revenue Leaders, and RevOps colleagues to solve real business problems, from optimizing our go‑to‑market process to improving sales productivity. This isn’t just reporting; it’s strategic problem‑solving that directly impacts revenue growth. Revenue Operations is one of the most in‑demand areas in Tech, where strategy meets execution. As the CRO’s right hand for go‑to‑market execution, RevOps professionals analyse sales performance, design revenue strategies, and drive operational excellence. In this role, you’ll develop skills in business analytics, sales strategy, and commercial problem‑solving that will set you up for a career in RevOps, Consulting, or GTM Leadership.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership & Delivery: Take full ownership of cross‑functional GTM programs from scoping through delivery, ensuring workstreams stay on track and stakeholders stay aligned. Structure ambiguous problems, evaluate options with clear trade‑offs, and deliver recommendations that help senior leaders make better decisions.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in how our commercial teams operate, then design and implement scalable processes that improve performance. Partner with teams across the GTM organization to test, iterate, and roll‑out new workflows that reduce friction and drive productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Operate across multiple teams and seniority levels, building trust, managing dependencies, and ensuring a shared understanding of priorities and progress. Own concise, structured updates to senior GTM leadership, translating program progress into narratives that drive action.

Role Requirements:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, ideally within or adjacent to B2B SaaS.
  • You are a natural cross‑functional operator who thrives when managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across teams with different priorities. You don’t just coordinate – you drive outcomes.
  • You think holistically about business problems, considering downstream effects and presenting structured options before recommending a path forward.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and know how to make progress without perfect information.
  • You structure and run programs effectively, bringing clarity to complex initiatives through strong scoping, planning, and execution discipline.
  • You know when to push for speed and when to slow down and get alignment.
  • You communicate with clarity and precision, whether writing a leadership update, running a cross‑functional meeting, or building a business case. You tailor your message to the audience.
  • You build trust through reliability and follow‑through. People across the organization know that when you commit to something, it gets done.
  • You go deep into finding the root of the problem, and then identify a path to fix it. People can trust you with finding the cause, not the symptom.
  • You are comfortable working in tools like Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace as part of your daily operating rhythm. You don’t need to be an admin, but you are a confident power user.
