You'll support key marketing initiatives by bringing the Personio brand to life across marketing and sales channels, including brand and activation campaigns, social media, website, and marketing initiatives within the product. This role is focused on hands‑on execution with a high level of craft, consistency, and creative storytelling to ensure the brand resonates across every touchpoint.

What You'll Do
  • Visual Design Craft & Quality: You set the standard for design craft and quality, delivering high‑quality work across campaigns, product launches, social media, and the Personio product platform with speed and precision.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: You collaborate seamlessly across Brand, Product, and Marketing teams, quickly adapting to creative and technical requirements while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Creativity at Scale: You build reusable design templates and scalable systems that ensure visual consistency across the organization, enabling fast and efficient execution at scale.
  • Project Delivery & Execution: You manage multiple high‑impact projects simultaneously with attention to detail, ensuring high‑quality and on‑time delivery across all channels.
What You Need To Succeed
  • Experience & Portfolio: You have several years of visual design experience at digital‑first companies, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong craft, creative problem‑solving, and impact across brand and marketing touchpoints.
  • Technical Proficiency: You have strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience leveraging modern AI tools to accelerate creative workflows. Motion design skills are a strong plus.
  • Visual Storytelling & Brand Craft: You are skilled at translating strategic requirements into compelling visual narratives that drive conversion while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaboration & Adaptability: You thrive in cross‑functional environments, working effectively with Brand, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver cohesive design solutions across diverse touchpoints.
  • Quality & Project Management: You are experienced in managing several projects simultaneously, delivering high‑quality work on schedule while thoughtfully anticipating challenges and solving problems autonomously.
