If you're keen to turn insight into impact and enjoy being hands-on with high-performing digital experiences, a marketing career at Personio could be an ideal fit. You’ll play a direct role in driving demand, improving conversion, and accelerating growth in our priority regions. Join us to help shape how regional audiences experience Personio across the website and turn engagement into meaningful business outcomes.

As Senior Digital Experience Manager, you’ll be accountable for maximising the performance of Personio’s website as a growth and conversion engine. You’ll focus on how effectively our web experiences turn demand into demos, pipeline, and revenue - across journeys, conversion mechanics, and AI-driven discovery.

Partnering closely with the wider digital experience, go to market, design, SEO/GEO, product marketing, content and regional teams, you’ll shape high-performing, connected website experiences and ensure the templates, components, and patterns used across the site consistently deliver clarity, trust, and conversion at scale.

Role Responsibilities: What You'll Do
  • Web Performance & Conversion Accountability: You own performance across priority website journeys and conversion paths, driving improvement across demo conversion, engagement quality, drop-off, experimentation impact, and downstream pipeline influence.
  • Journey & UX Optimisation: You continuously optimise key journeys (homepage, product pages, commercial pages, paid landing pages, content hubs), identifying friction and improving clarity, momentum, and conversion.
  • Template & Component Experience Ownership: You own the experience-level design and performance of core page templates and reusable components (e.g. page layouts, CTAs, demo modules, trust signals, navigation and assistive elements), continuously optimising structure, hierarchy, and conversion behaviour based on data, experimentation, and user insight.
  • Scalable Experience Systems: You define and evolve scalable page patterns and component standards that enable consistent, high-performing execution across regions, channels, and teams, providing clear guidance on usage and best practice.
  • Demo & Assisted Conversion Experiences: You influence and improve demo request flows, inbound chat, and AI-assisted experiences to reduce friction, capture intent effectively, and increase conversion to pipeline.
  • Experimentation & Growth: You shape and evolve the experimentation and CRO approach, turning insight and testing into sustained improvements across CVR, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Connected Experiences & Discoverability: You ensure strong handoffs from search, AI-driven discovery, LLM responses, on-site navigation and referrals into high-performing journeys.
  • Measurement & Influence: You define success metrics, review performance, and take accountability for communicating impact.
Role Requirements: What You Need to Succeed
  • Experience: 4+ years in digital experience, CRO, growth, or performance-focused web roles (ideally B2B SaaS) with a track record of driving conversion and business impact.
  • Journey, UX & Behavioural Insight: You bring strong UX and behavioural understanding, applying it pragmatically to remove friction and improve conversion across complex journeys.
  • Experimentation & Optimisation: You have hands-on experience running or influencing experimentation programmes and can demonstrate how learning translates into sustained performance growth.
  • Analytics & Measurement Fluency: You’re confident working with analytics and insight tools (GA4, Looker, Amplitude, Hotjar, FullStory, etc.), combining quantitative and qualitative signals to guide decisions.
  • AI, Search & Assisted Experience Awareness: You’re curious about AI-driven search, LLM behaviour, and emerging changes to the web and digital technologies - and understand how to apply them in service of website performance and conversion.
  • AI native or curious: You're an AI advocate, looking for adopting ways to use AI to improve workflows, experiment, or to get from idea to implementation quickly.
