This role requires 3 days per week in the office and is based in London. Our Customer Success team follows the mission to maximize customer value in our everyday business. As part of the International Customer Success Team, you enable our customers to maximize their product experience by driving product adoption and growth opportunities at scale.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Customer Portfolio Management: You manage customers in the European Market, focusing mainly on the UK/Ireland Mid-Market.
  • Relationship Building: You build and nurture strong relationships with your customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted partner throughout their customer life-cycle journey at Personio.
  • Customer Prioritization: You prioritize based on customer focus to ensure no customer is overlooked or underserved.
  • Data-Driven Adoption: You leverage data to effectively drive the successful adoption and retention of your customers.
  • Retention Strategy: You proactively drive customer retention by ensuring customers consistently realize value from Personio, addressing challenges early, and implementing strategies to minimize churn.
  • Expansion Opportunities: You identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans for expansion in close collaboration with the Account Manager.
  • Customer Advocacy: You act as the voice of the customer and help translate their needs into product requirements.
Role Requirements:
  • Experience: +2 years of client-facing experience managing a large customer portfolio, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • Prioritization & Execution: You have strong prioritization and execution capabilities, driven by customer needs, business impact, and expansion potential.
  • Expansion Planning: You're able to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.
  • Analytical Mindset: You combine an analytical approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Revenue Business Model Expertise: You have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Strategic Delivery: You're able to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Additional languages are a plus.
