As a People Business Partner at Personio, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving organizational health, readiness, and excellence within your client groups. Partnering with senior leaders, you’ll deliver strategic counsel on key people areas such as engagement, performance, change, talent, reward, and diversity. Collaborating across the People, Workplace, & IT (PWI) team, you’ll help build a high‑performance culture that empowers our mission to revolutionize HR for companies across Europe.
What you’ll do?
- Leadership Development & Coaching: Coach senior leaders on fostering high‑performing teams, decision‑making, and navigating change. Support leaders in building leadership capabilities and driving accountability within their teams.
- Organizational Health: Regularly review and analyze departmental health metrics such as attrition, spans and layers, and employee engagement. Develop targeted action plans to address any areas of concern and support departmental growth and health.
- Talent & Program Management: Lead talent processes, including succession planning, talent reviews, and performance cycles. Collaborate with recruiters to ensure hiring aligns with organizational strategy and leadership expectations.
- Organizational Design & Workforce Planning: Partner with leaders to align organizational structures, roles, and processes with strategic objectives. Conduct workforce planning to ensure scalability and agility, including location strategies and skills alignment.
- Change Management: Provide strategic guidance on managing organizational and policy changes, ensuring stakeholder engagement and effective communication. Define and measure KPIs for all change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement through pre‑ and post‑mortem evaluations.
- Engagement & Communication: Monitor and address employee engagement trends through targeted action plans. Design and execute departmental communication strategies that drive transparency and build trust.
What You Need To Succeed:
- 3+ years experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally within a tech‑focused, global environment.
- Background supporting senior leadership within a Finance or Legal environment is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights to enhance employee experience.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership coaching skills.
- High emotional intelligence with expertise in change management and conflict resolution.
- Hands‑on experience managing complex people initiatives with a focus on engagement and operational efficiency.
- A forward‑thinking, tech‑savvy mindset with a strong curiosity for leveraging AI and automation to drive better People products and processes.
