The Role Responsibilities
- We are looking for a highly motivated Lead to head our Systems Product Management team across the entire LeadâtoâOrder lifecycle. You will own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our GTM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, CPQ, Gong, Zendesk, etc.), while leading a team of product managers.
- This is a handsâon leadership role where you will combine people management, system ownership, crossâfunctional delivery and dayâtoâday problem solving to ensure operational excellence and scalability as Personio continues to grow.
- Lead and develop the GTM Systems team, while driving crossâfunctional endâtoâend delivery. Provide coaching and guidance on execution and best practices.
- Coordinate implementation efforts across pods, aligning stakeholders, defining priorities, resolving blockers and ensuring highâquality, timely execution.
- Act as the endâtoâend system and process owner for LeadâtoâOrder, ensuring accuracy, compliance, automation, data integrity, and continuous improvement.
- Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for these processes and their underlying systems, building a unified, scalable, and efficient operational ecosystem across the Salesforce ecosystem (including CPQ) and all related integrations.
- Partner closely with crossâfunctional stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, influence decisionâmaking and proactively advise on system and process implications.
- Act as a handsâon system and process owner, participating directly in requirement definition, system configurations, functional design, testing, issue investigation and operational support when needed.
- Lead and contribute to crossâfunctional initiatives, such as CPQ evolutions, new product launches, while driving continuous improvement and automation by identifying gaps and inefficiencies and leveraging system capabilities to scale operations and reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain highâquality documentation, operational workflows, training materials and guidance to ensure adoption, clarity and consistency.
Requirements
- Extensive Salesforce expertise, with 5+ years working with Salesforce (ideally Salesforce CPQ, Lever data, Gong, etc.), covering Lead to Opportunity and Opportunity to Order processes endâtoâend.
- Proven people leadership, with experience managing and developing a highâperforming team in a fastâmoving, crossâfunctional environment.
- Handsâon technical and functional ability, comfortable defining requirements, configuring systems, investigating issues, validating data flows, and partnering closely with integrations and data teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, able to influence, align, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, Billing Ops, and GTM teams.
- Strategic mindset with operational discipline, combining longâterm systems vision with strong prioritization, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement focus.
