About The Position
The Regional Field Marketing Manager, EMEA will play a critical role in driving regional growth and customer engagement across Personetics’ key markets in Europe. This manager will localize and execute Personetics’ global marketing strategy within the EMEA region, developing and delivering integrated marketing programs that generate demand, strengthen the “Cognitive Banking” positioning locally, and support pipeline objectives through campaigns executed in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams.
The ideal candidate is a creative and data‑driven marketer who understands how to align field marketing with business goals, build region‑specific campaigns, and leverage customer insights to create impactful experiences that resonate with financial institutions across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an EMEA‑specific marketing plan to support sales, drive growth, and elevate Personetics’ brand and “Cognitive Banking” across key markets.
- Localize global marketing strategies to resonate with regional audiences through events, campaigns, and partnerships.
- Plan and deliver regional events, conferences, and sponsorships to build awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Manage logistics, content, and post‑event follow‑up to maximize impact.
- Strengthen relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for joint marketing, advocacy, and co‑branded initiatives that highlight customer‑led growth.
- Build strategic relationships with local associations, consultancies, and fintech ecosystems to expand Personetics’ reach and influence through joint programs and co‑marketing initiatives.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing activities with pipeline goals, developing localized collateral and resources that support deal progression.
- Execute targeted, data‑driven regional campaigns tailored to EMEA audiences, optimizing for performance and impact.
- Work closely with Global Marketing, Sales, Product Marketing, and Business Development to ensure regional execution aligns with global strategy and objectives.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in field marketing, event management, and demand generation within B2B enterprise environments (SaaS or fintech preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field; a relevant Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving robust pipelines through effective regional marketing initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across internal teams, partners, and customers.
