We are seeking an experienced, solutionâfocused professional to join our Business Analyst team in London. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for deploying Personetics' product within our clients. This position blends analytical insight with technical proficiency as well as strong clientâfacing communication. You will lead the implementation lifecycle, guide financial institutions' innovation teams through onboarding and customization, and ensure the effective delivery and continued success of Personetics' offerings.
Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of financial institutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
- Lead client onboarding and provide strategic guidance (including onâsite workshops), ensuring a comprehensive understanding and effective use of Personetics' solutions.
- Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mapping and integration processes, validating insights, and driving data remediation processes.
- Perform performance monitoring and statistical analysis to optimize and enhance product usage, client satisfaction, and overall effectiveness of deployed solutions.
- Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests.
- Design and write functional specs for customer requirements.
- Support the implementation team during user acceptance tests.
- Work closely with business and technology units.
- Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspectives.
- Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs.
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Architect or a similar customerâfacing role, preferably within Fintech or Banking technology sectors.
- Customer facing experience (proven ability to lead sessions).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Experience with Data Mining/designing analytical models.
- Statistics/data modeling/analytical background.
- Experience writing detailed specifications.
- Team oriented and yet able to work independently.
- Able to thrive in a fastâpaced environment and learn quickly.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup from our London office.
A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or similar.
Nice to have:- Financial services experience (banking, Credit Cards or insurance).
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms.
- Hands-on experience in SQL.
