Excellent role for a HR systems and Payroll administrator to join a friendly growing team working primarily onsite (4 days in office and 1 from home). Reporting into the Head of Shared Services, this is a pivotal role that is ideal for someone who enjoys the variety of working across multiple functions and building relationships with stakeholders.
You will spend your time split between Payroll support, maintaining HRIS systems and working with shared services team on HR process improvement.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience within a Payroll team
- Excellent communication skills
- Technically Savvy with exposure to at least one HRIS system
- Strong Data handling skills (Advanced Excel)
- A natural problem-solving ability
