We are a CQC-registered care provider delivering high-quality, person-centred supported living services. We are expanding our Chelmsford team and are looking for compassionate female Support Workers who value stability, structure, and meaningful work.

The role:

  • Supporting individuals in supported living accommodation

  • Lone working where risk-assessed and appropriate

You must:

  • Be a female Support Worker (occupational requirement due to service user needs)
  • Be reliable, patient, and compassionate
  • Have experience in supported living, learning disabilities, or mental health (preferred but not essential)
  • Have the right to work in the UK (We are not able to offer sponsorship for this role)
