Employment package - £12.71 per hour, Employee Assistance programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.
Vacancy - Permanent two week working pattern at 37.5 hours with alternative weekends. Plus options for overtime regularly. Day team operates between the hours 7:00 to 22:00 with a mixture of early and late shifts.
Requirements - This role has a few specific requirements to meet the support needs of the clients:
- Previous experience supporting with needs associated with Autism, Learning disabilities, Brain Injury, Cerebral Palsy etc.
- UK Driving licence (Access to own car would be an advantage)

We're an independent social care provider specialising in supporting, primarily adults, with a diagnosis of autism to live as independent as possible but with continued growth our support scope widely expanded. We have supported various people onto the next steps of their lives for over 10 years operating in Northampton, Wellingborough, and Towcester and the surrounding areas. Our latest expansion, and the focus of this role, is a dedicated support service in Rushden that we have recently taken over the management of.
