Employment package - £12.21 per hour, £40 sleep in allowance, Employee Assistance programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.
Vacancy - Permanent two week working pattern at 37.5 hours with alternative weekends. Plus options for overtime regularly. Day team operates between the hours 7:00 to 22:00 with a mixture of early and late shifts.

What does a typical day look like at P4A? Well, the truth is, there isn't one. Each one of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success!
There may be some recurring themes around developing independence such as:
- Attending appointments
- Weekly shopping
- Emotional and mental wellbeing support
- Administering and assisting with medication
- Support with budgeting and understanding finances
- Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation
- Health and fitness activities such as swimming, gym, trampoline parks etc.
- Building social skills through leisure activities like bowling, pool, meals out
- Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services
The options are almost endless and we are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.
