What does a typical day look like at P4A? Well, the truth is, there isn't one. Each one of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success! - Attending appointments and routine community based activities like weekly shopping.
- Emotional and mental wellbeing support.
- Providing assistance with personal care needs.
- Administering and assisting with medication.
- Support with budgeting and understanding finances.
- Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation.

- Building social skills through leisure and social activities like bowling, pool, discos, meals out.
- Promoting independent travel with support on public transport services.
The options are almost endless and we are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.
What would I need to make a real difference? Our GROW values are the seedlings of everything we do. Our teams need to be able to embrace and demonstrate these values to support our clients towards independence.
