The role requires 2–3 years in a talent agency acting department, strong UK industry knowledge, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach.
You will manage client careers, submit for opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with casting directors and PBJ’s team to deliver results for a diverse client roster.
