At the end of the programme, the goal is simple: a permanent role at PHP in the area where you’ve made the biggest impact and found the best fit.
- Finance: Get involved in budgeting, reporting, procurement, and cost management.
- Commercial: Support account management, NHS trust relationships, contract activity, and business development.
- IT: Explore the systems and platforms that power PHP’s operations, data management, and technology projects.
- HR / People & L&D: Contribute to recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning, training, and development.
