The predicted salary is between 28800 - 31900 £ per year.
This full-time, on-site position offers great opportunities for career growth. You will be based across the UK, travelling extensively to visit blue-collar workplaces such as care homes, bus depots and warehouses. A company car and fuel card are provided, as well as an iPad and iPhone.
Salary and Commission
Base salary: £28,800. After 6 months, base salary increases to £31,900. On-target earnings (OTE) can exceed £42,000 with an uncapped commission structure and quarterly bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Visit pre-booked workplace locations – no cold calling.
- Speak directly with staff and offer employee benefits that improve lives – from health support to financial protection.
- Meet performance and compliance targets to drive commission earnings.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (0–6 points, no bans in the last 4 years).
- Positive attitude, strong people skills and desire to make an impact.
- No prior experience required – full training provided.

Training & Development
Scheduled training academy starts 24 August 2024 with face-to-face assessment centre the week commencing 3 August 2024. Successful candidates will need to be available to start training the week of 24 August.
