  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the People Teams functions and duties.

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to all parts of the People Team.

  • Administer the employee life cycle through our HR System including creating new starters, administering background checks, updating employee records and processing leavers.

  • Support the Talent Team with the recruitment process including application reviews, screening and shortlisting.

  • Provide support to all aspect of the L&D process including eLearning activities, the creation of documentation and the organisation of course delivery.

  • Assist People Operations with the administration of formal processes including note taking, letter writing and other communications as appropriate.

  • Support financial processes including raising PO’s supporting the monthly payroll process.

  • Escalate or respond to general queries as appropriate.

  • General office administration duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, dynamic environment with a structured apprenticeship program completing a HR Assistant Level 3 Qualification while receiving practical experience through gaining exposure in our People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development areas, while receiving on the job development, support and feedback., * A proactive individual who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

  • You will need a high level of efficiency and accuracy and the ability to be accountable and responsible.

  • We will require confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be communicating with all levels of staff via multiple channels including face to face.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software.

  • Level 2 Functional Skills or GCSEs in English and maths, with grades A* to C (or 4 to 9).
