We're looking for a commercially minded Partnership & Procurement Manager to take ownership of Hapi's benefits and discounts partner portfolio and help shape our future proposition.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team, acting as the voice of the customer and providing strategic direction on how we strengthen, evolve and monetise our partner network.
You'll identify market opportunities, analyse competitor offerings, recommend new partnerships, and maximise the value of existing relationships to ensure Hapi remains relevant, competitive and differentiated.
This role would suit someone from a smaller or scaling business who enjoys autonomy, thrives on ownership, and wants to make a tangible impact.
While you'll oversee commercial agreements and partner negotiations, you'll be supported by specialist teams for contract administration and execution, allowing you to focus on strategy, relationships and commercial performance.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Own relationships with Hapi's benefits and discount partners.
- Analyse competitor offerings and market trends to ensure our proposition remains market-leading.
- Identify gaps in our platform and recommend new partners, products and categories.
- Drive commercial value and monetisation opportunities across the partner portfolio.
- Lead partner performance reviews and ensure partners deliver against agreed objectives.
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams to shape future strategy.
- Develop and execute procurement and partnership strategies that support business growth.
- Influence pricing, promotions and partner initiatives to maximise customer value and commercial outcomes.
- Provide insight and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team on opportunities, risks and future direction.

About You
- Proven experience in Partnership Management, Commercial Management, Procurement or Vendor Management.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth and revenue opportunities.
- Confident analysing competitor activity and translating insights into action.
- Experienced stakeholder manager who can influence at senior leadership level.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of a specialist function.
- Analytical, strategic and customer‑focused in your approach.
- Strong relationship builder who balances commercial outcomes with long‑term partnerships.
