We're looking for a commercially minded Customer Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of valued clients. What You'll Do
- Build strong, lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Drive customer retention and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver engaging Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic account plans.
- Lead client presentations, proposals, and growth discussions.
- Increase adoption and engagement across the Hapi platform.
- Manage projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Act as the face of the business for your client portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Strong track record of growing existing accounts and achieving commercial targets.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused with strong business acumen.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within Employee Benefits or SaaS is advantageous.
