About the Role
As a leading UK provider of employee benefits and health insurance, we are looking for a Client Operations Executive where you’ll be responsible for arranging engagement visits to our client sites. You’ll be ensuring each of our Field Sales Executives have a full and productive schedule to help them meet their daily targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client site contacts to ensure benefit programme rollouts are delivered on time and in line with client expectations.
- Arranging engagement visits with client contacts over the phone.
- Ensure assigned Field Sales Executives have sufficient viable appointments each day to achieve their objectives.
- Handle on-site issues during rollouts, resolving or escalating them as appropriate.
- Ensure client data is correctly formatted and accurately maintained in the CRM system.
About You
- You’ll have experience in establishing and maintaining good working relationships built on trust and with the ability to challenge.
- Customer focus – the genuine desire to understand customer needs and respond in a customer focused manner, exceeding expectations where possible.
- Experience in speaking with customers, either face to face or over the phone.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience of planning and scheduling work to tight deadlines would be an advantage.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
