Location: Milton Keynes – Hybrid (You will need to be in the office 5 days a week initially).

About the role

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant who will play a vital role in driving the success of our sales operation. In this role you will support the Field Sales Executives, Sales Team Managers, Business Support Team Leader, and wider department managers through the provision of administrative, analytical, and communication support, ensuring the effective delivery of their responsibilities. You'll play an important role in helping our people achieve their goals and drive business success.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide accurate administration and statistical information to Field Sales Executives, Sales Team Managers, Business Support Team Leader and the wider PGB functions.
  • Produce and communicate various MI regarding the sales team via the appropriate media.
  • Produce various statistical and analysis reports.
  • Support with Company events (Quarterly Sales Meetings, team meetings, training days, etc.) when required.
  • Assist with sales incentive administration.
  • Assist with managing the gamification platform to ensure accurate stats are displayed and the highest levels of engagement are achieved.
  • Booking of accommodation and any transport related costs.
  • Assist with ad hoc administration support to ensure all information is provided.

About You

  • Experience in an admin support role.
  • Intermediate level of Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Experience of data analysis, reporting and story-telling with data.
  • Proven experience communicating with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable - ability to balance workload and changing priorities.
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement.
