We are recruiting on behalf of our service user for a Care Assistant to provide support to a lady. This is a Direct Payment funded role focused on providing reliable, friendly, and supportive assistance that promotes independence, wellbeing, and community involvement rather than personal care. The role offers approximately 6 hours per week with days and times to be agreed flexibly, with a Saturday potentially most suitable.

Responsibilities- The role involves light household tasks to help maintain a safe and comfortable home, supporting and accompanying the service user to access the local community.
- Encouraging and assisting with social activities and outings, supporting hobbies and interests particularly arts and crafts.
- Accompanying the service user on walks and social engagements, and providing companionship and emotional support.
- Applicants must be fluent in English, hold a clean full UK driving licence, have access to their own vehicle.
- Must be willing to undergo an Access NI check.
