Position: Self-Employed Female Personal Assistant / Care Assistant
Job Reference: TB06/25/DR
Hours: 20 hours a week, worked over 7 days a week:
- Monday to Sunday – morning call – 10:00am to 11:00am
- Monday to Saturday – lunchtime call – 2:00pm to 3:00pm
- Monday to Sunday – evening call – 7:30pm to 8:15pm
Rate: £14.00 per hour – negotiable depending on experience.

About the Employer: The Employer is a lady living in the Bozeat area of Northamptonshire. The Employer has a diagnosis of Dementia and is not mobile.
Responsibilities: The Personal Assistant (PA) will double up with the Employer’s main PA in the morning, lunchtime, and evening calls:
- Support the Employer with getting up and out of bed in the morning, managing toilet needs, washing, dressing, and returning to bedroom or downstairs.
- Assist with feeding, toileting, and washing up during the lunchtime call, up to a maximum of 1 hour.
- Support the Employer in the evening call with getting up from chair, washing, and preparing for bed.
Requirements: Must be officially registered as self‑employed with HMRC and have the necessary liability insurance in place. Proof will be required. Friendly, able to work as part of a team, provide empathetic support, flexible, trustworthy, active, and with a good sense of humour. Full references and a DBS check will be required (cost borne by Employer). Training will be given.
