Pay is £13.50 per hour. There are two positions available: a 14-hour and a 21-hour contract. These positions fit into an established two-week shift pattern.
- 14-hour contract: Week 1 - Working Saturday and Sunday; Week 2 - Working Thursday and Friday
- 21-hour contract: Week 1 - Working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; Week 2 - Working Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday
The working day is a split shifts pattern: 7am to 9am, 12pm to 1pm, and 3pm to 7pm. The morning and late afternoon shift will have two team members to aid movement to and from bed. A hoist is used, and training can be given if required. Other duties include personal care, meal preparation, light housework, and social activities. Further hours for holiday cover would also be offered. For the right applicant, consideration may be given to offering more contracted hours.
