Looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support a lady living in Cambuslang, Glasgow. I am a friendly, sociable person with chronic back pain looking for a dependable, honest, and kind person mainly to help me get to social activities.

I can walk and sometimes use a stick but need someone to drive me. The job involves assisting by driving me to and back from classes, as well as doing the weekly grocery shopping. The classes I go to are on Mondays from 10am to 1pm and Fridays from 10am to 12 noon. It is possible that I may need to go elsewhere at times but I will always discuss this with you well in advance. The grocery shopping can be done by you (without me!), on any other day.

The basic number of weekly hours work for which an assistant is required is at least nine, but if you are happy to do general housework then more hours can be added.

A clean driving license, own car and full insurance is essential. Only females need apply as permitted under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010. You must be able to become a member of the PVG scheme.
