CLIENT INFORMATION
Client is a 7year old boy who is verbal and communicates well and expresses his wants and needs, and has Autism and ADHD.
Client has no sense of danger and must be reminded to stop at light and kerbs whilst holding his hand.
Client likes to talk and is a very outgoing boy, he loves to play with other children but also likes his own company.
Client loves swimming, playing on trampolines and loves that has anything to do and playing with his toy dinosaurs and sharks!
- CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
- Looking for a male/female PA who has got experience working with children is essential, preferably working with children with additional needs.
- Must be reliable, trustworthy, honest and flexible.
- Must have their own car.
- Client will be supported by the PA to continue partaking in various social activities.
- A new PVG will be required for this position. Help can be obtained through employer to obtain a PVG
