We are seeking two motivated and reliable Assistants for a part-time position, to begin working 8 hours per week on Sunday for two shifts either between: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. This role offers a hands-on experience, primarily in-person with no option to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support and perform day-to-day office tasks.
- Prepare, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Manage email correspondence through Outlook.
- Complete online forms and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with filing, organisation, and other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work closely with the employer.
