We are looking for someone to provide efficient administration support for our Shared Lives scheme. This would be a great opportunity to gain experience working within our team. You will work closely with the Shared Lives team and be based at Basecamp in central Bury or working from home (this can be discussed at interview). We offer flexible working, with the option to spread your hours over one or two days to suit you. Key responsibilities:
- Provide efficient administration support for the Shared Lives scheme.
- Use IT tools, particularly Excel, to organise and maintain information.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders by phone and email to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the shared lives service.
Qualifications and requirements:
- Methodical and structured approach to work.
- Confident use of IT, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Disclosure and Barring Service requirements or willingness to undergo disclosure at the appropriate level.
