Persona Care & Support Limited is recruiting a lead support worker for our Learning Disability Day Services in the UK.

This 37-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday, with a salary of £31,022 per annum rising to £31,537 on training and probation.

You will provide person-centred support to young adults with learning and/or physical disabilities, develop plans, ensure quality audits, and liaise with families, carers and health professionals to maintain high standards.
