About The Role
Person Power is currently seeking dedicated and reliable Residential Support Workers to join a supportive team on a Full Time/ Permanent basis. This role involves providing person-centred support in a Residential Children Home, working as part of a team to help maintain a safe, supportive, and caring environment that meets both individual and shared needs, while consistently demonstrating a positive and person-centred approach.
