- Following safeguarding procedures and organisation policies
- Full UK Driving License and Right to Work (sponsorship is not provided)
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care – Children/Young People or equivalent (desirable)
- Previous experience as a Support Worker working with young people
- Good communication and teamwork skills
