Are you a passionate Support Worker (Night Wake) ready to take the next step in your career? Personpower is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Children's Residential provider based in Colchester for young people aged between 8 - 17 with emotional and behavioural needs.

The Role

As a Residential Support Worker (Night Wake), you will support the home in the night-to-night running of the home, on a 4 night and 4 night off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people with their daily routines, and household tasks
  • Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and professionals
